  • Payment Methods: Cash, bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer (details shared on invoice).
  • No Refunds: Once service starts (e.g., data recovery), fees are non-refundable unless we fail to deliver.

3. Your Responsibilities

  • Backup Data: Before repair/service, backup your data. We’re not responsible for data loss unless caused by our mistake.
  • Truthful Info: Share correct details (e.g., device issues, business needs). Hiding facts may delay/cancel service.

4. Privacy & Data

  • We Protect Your Data: We never leak/sell your files, contacts, or business info.
  • Access: Our technicians may need to view your data to fix issues (e.g., recover files).
  • Deletion: After service, we’ll delete your data from our systems if requested.

5. Liabilities

  • Our Responsibility:

    • Losses from delays due to load-shedding, internet issues, or natural disasters.

  • Software: 1-month free support for bugs/errors after delivery.
  • No Warranty: If you break the device/software after repair (e.g., drop laptop, delete system files).

7. Termination

We may stop services if:

  • You don’t pay on time.
  • You misuse our services (e.g., illegal data recovery).
  • You threaten/harm our team (e.g., abusive behavior).

8. Legal Compliance

  • Bangladeshi Laws: We follow the Digital Security Act 2018ICT Act, and other local laws.
  • Fraud: Fake payments (e.g., fake cheques) will lead to police complaints.
  • Disputes: Any legal issues will be settled in Dhaka courts.
